Your First Visit to Baden Spa: What to Know Before You Arrive
A first visit to a new spa should feel simple. This guide covers how to book, when to arrive, what to tell us ahead of time and how to choose a treatment if you are not sure where to start. Baden Spa & Wellness is at 13005 Southern Blvd., Suite 123, in Loxahatchee, a short drive from Wellington and Royal Palm Beach.
How do I book?
Reserve online at least 18 hours before your visit, or call us at (561) 584-8575. Spa appointments are held with a credit card, and payment is charged to your card only after you check in. Book online.
When should I arrive?
Plan to arrive 20 to 30 minutes before your first appointment. Arriving late shortens your session and full charges apply for the remaining portion. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late are honored at the spa manager’s discretion.
What should I tell you before my appointment?
Let us know in advance about allergies or any medical or physical conditions. Facials are not recommended on recently sunburned skin, so if you have had a long day outdoors, tell us when you book. For body treatments, we recommend not shaving for at least four hours beforehand.
How do I choose a treatment?

What should I know about payment?
A service charge is applied to each service. Gratuities are appreciated and accepted in cash only. Baden Spa gift cards do not expire and cannot be redeemed for cash. Learn more about Baden Spa gift certificates. See our spa policies for details.
What if my plans change?
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any change or cancellation. No-shows are subject to a fee.
What else helps?
Please leave valuables at home, since the spa cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items, and turn off your phone when you arrive. Baden Spa is smoke-free and alcohol is not permitted. We offer a limited range of services for guests 12 and above, with parental supervision.
